Each number introduces new word related to Winter season or celebrating Christmas.

1. Christmas Stocking
Blizzard - a storm with widespread snowfall accompanied by strong winds.

2. Gift / Present
Anorak - a hooded pullover jacket, usually worn in cold weather; parka.

3. Snowman
Slippery - causing or tending to cause sliding or slipping, eg. slippery sidewalk
Tending to slip, as from one's grasp, eg. slippery bar of soap

4. Christmas Tree
Shovel - a tool with a handle and a broad scoop or blade for digging and moving material, such as dirt or snow.  

5. Reindeer
Cold snap (cold spell) - a sudden, relatively brief period of cold weather.

6. Candy Cane
Brisk - keen or sharp in speech or manner, eg. brisk greeting
Stimulating and invigorating, eg. brisk wind

7. Snow Globe
Frigid - extremely cold 

8. Mistletoe
Precipitation - the falling to earth of any form of water (rain or snow or hail or sleet or mist). 

9. Gingerbread Man
Hail - small balls of ice falling from the clouds. 

10. Polar Bear
Frostbite - injury to any part of the body after excessive exposure to extreme cold.

11. Christmas Ornament
Thaw - to change from a frozen solid to a liquid by gradual warming.

12. Santa Claus
Wassail - (verb) to go from house to house singing carols at Christmas
(noun) a punch made of sweetened ale or wine heated with spices and roasted apples; especially at Christmas.

13. Yule Log (Cake)
Eggnog - a punch made of sweetened milk or cream mixed with eggs and usually alcoholic liquor.

14. Gingerbread House
Garland - flower arrangement consisting of a circular band of foliage or flowers for ornamental purposes.
